Profile: Username, birthdate, gender, sexual orientation, bio, photos
Contact: E-mail address (Google sign-in or e-mail code) and phone number, verified by a WhatsApp message you send us (one account per number)
Location: City, neighborhood (for nearby matching)
Preferences: Age range, max distance, gender preference
Messages: Conversation content with your matches
Payments: In-app purchase history (Premium, Superlikes, Boosts)

2.2 Automatically Collected

Device Data: Model, OS, unique identifier
Usage Data: Features used, time spent, actions taken
Location: Approximate GPS location for matching
Logs: IP addresses, timestamps, technical errors

2.3 Third-Party Information

Social Auth: If you sign in via Google (name, email, profile photo)
Payment Services: FedaPay for Mobile Money payments

3. How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery: Create and manage your account, display your profile
Matching: Show you compatible profiles based on preferences
Communication: Enable chat between matches
Security: Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse
Payments: Process Premium subscriptions and credit purchases
Notifications: Alert you of new matches and messages

4.1 With Other Users

Your profile (photos, bio, age) is visible to others
Your messages are shared with your matches
Your approximate location (city, distance) is visible

4.2 With Service Providers

Hosting: Supabase (database and storage)
Auth: Supabase Auth, Google (Google sign-in), an e-mail delivery service (sign-in codes)
Phone check: WhatsApp (Meta) passes us the message you send to our WhatsApp Business number; we never reply
Payment: FedaPay (Togo Mobile Money)
Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging
Error Tracking: Sentry
Photo review: Anthropic (see section 7)

4.3 Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if: - Required by law or court order - To protect our rights or user safety - In case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale

4.4 Never Sold

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: - Access: Download a copy of your data (Settings → Export My Data) - Rectification: Edit your profile information - Erasure: Delete your account and all data (Settings → "Supprimer mon compte") - Object: Refuse certain data uses - Portability: Receive your data in structured JSON format - Restriction: Request processing limitation - Complaint: File a complaint with a data protection authority

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures: - Encryption: Data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest - Authentication: Google or an e-mail code, phone verified by WhatsApp, optional biometric auth - Access Control: Row Level Security (RLS) in database - Monitoring: Suspicious activity detection and device banning - Backups: Regular data backups - Audits: Regular security audits

However, no Internet transmission method is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data: - Active Account: As long as your account exists - Messages: 2 years after sending (or until manual deletion) - Unsent messages ("Delete for everyone"): the text is kept 30 days, visible only to the moderation team when a report is made, then erased - Reports: the report and its evidence (profile, photo, conversation messages) are kept while it is reviewed, then 1 year after the decision - Verification selfie: seen only by the moderation team, never shown; deleted 30 days after the decision - Profile photos: each new photo may be analysed automatically (Anthropic's AI service, as a processor) to detect nudity, minors or contact details; a rejected photo is deleted - Trusted contact and date plans: stay on your phone, never sent to our servers - Moderation decisions: a warning or a sanction, with its reason, is always shown to you in the app and stays linked to your account while it exists. Every action of the team (opening a report or a profile, a search, a decision) is written to an internal log kept 2 years, to prevent abuse - Payments: 5 years (legal accounting requirement); after the account is deleted, no longer linked to you - Logs: Maximum 90 days - Deleted Account: your profile is hidden as soon as you ask; 30-day grace period (sign in again to keep your account), then the account, photos, messages and files are deleted for good - Deleted banned account: a hash of the phone number is kept until the ban ends, so the number cannot be used for a new account

8. Sensitive Data

8.1 Minimum Age

You must be 18 years or older to use LoméLove. We verify your birthdate during registration.

8.2 Sensitive Data Collected

Sexual orientation
Photos (potentially intimate, but moderated)

This data is protected with enhanced security.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

9.1 Mobile App

Session Tokens: To maintain your login
Local Preferences: Language, theme, settings (stored locally)
Push Notifications: FCM token for notifications

9.2 No Third-Party Cookies

We don't use third-party tracking cookies or advertising.

10. International Transfers

Your data is primarily stored on Supabase servers (located in EU/US). These transfers are protected by: - Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) - Security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll inform you of significant changes via: - In-app notification - Email (if provided) - Update to "Last Updated" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
